Many men have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of shaping a better board. Advances in surfboard design over the years range from size, weight and shape, to fins, to the materials used, to different boards designed for different waves. The board those days were ranged 14-16 feet. They made the first surfboard out of a carved piece wood. Modern surfboards are made of polyurethane or polystyrene foam covered with layers of fiberglass cloth, and polyester or epoxy resin. The lighter board has less liters, It's skinnier and smaller. Boards that have more litters are usually long boards and are easier to ride.

My favourite innovation is the five finer and the smaller, lighter board.One of the latest innovations on the surfboard is a 5 finer. The five finder helps you go faster and turn faster. You can do cleaner and steezer turns. FCSII fins you have to screw into your board. FCSII fin you clip into your board. If I was you I would buy them.
